Most importantly, I am a broker, not just a real estate sales agent, which requires more experience, education and different licensing. (Only about 15% of real estate agents are brokers.) As your broker, I am better equipped to handle negotiations of your real estate contract and better serve your interests throughout the escrow when dealing with your specific needs as a buyer or seller.
